Negative experience: Is this some kind of joke? I thought we were something... I thought we were everything. Why would you even do something so horrible? Did you even think about me while you were with her? I hope you realize what great pain you've caused me. My heart was open and now I can't close it back up. I don't think I can ever recover from this. I'm not even going to ask for you to come back. I'm done trying, and I'm done with this whole relationship. Just know that before all of this, I actually had a life, and you took it away from me. I will continue with all the opportunities you stole from me. Negative experience: I recently had the misfortune of spending New Year’s Eve at this establishment, and it was, without a doubt, the single worst dining experience of my life. What should have been a festive celebration turned into a culinary endurance test. We opted for the expensive prix-fixe holiday menu, expecting a high-end experience, but what we received was barely fit for human consumption. The evening began with a lukewarm "seasonal soup" that had the consistency of wallpaper paste and absolutely zero seasoning. It was followed by a seafood platter where the shrimp were rubbery and smelled suspiciously past their prime. For the main course, I was served a steak that was requested medium-rare but arrived gray, bone-dry, and physically impossible to chew. It was accompanied by mashed potatoes that were simultaneously cold and gritty, tasting strongly of instant flakes and chemical preservatives. To make matters worse, the service was disorganized and glacial, though I suppose I should be grateful the kitchen took so long to bring out such offensive food. By the time the dessert arrived—a dense, flavorless chocolate cake that felt like it had been sitting in a refrigerator since last Christmas—we just wanted to leave. Paying a premium price for a meal that ended with us feeling physically ill was a bitter pill to swallow. If you value your palate and your health, stay as far away from this place as possible. It was a disastrous start to the new year.

Negative experience: I ordered shrimp and a rooster, and it was a traumatic experience. The shrimp looked like they had spent more time in the sun than I have at the beach: tough, dry, and with a suspicious smell… not exactly ‘fresh from the sea’! The rooster was so expired it could probably tell stories from a year ago. Every bite was a reminder that freshness is a myth. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy, especially if they want to keep their stomach intact. I will never come back to this place!

Negative experience: My experience with Our Courses Ltd has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and honestly shocking. From the very beginning, it was clear that this company is far more interested in appearances and profit than in providing any real educational value and the director is a clown and karen. To start with, the course content is painfully low quality. The materials are outdated, poorly structured, and explained in a way that makes even simple concepts unnecessarily confusing. Lessons feel rushed, incomplete, and badly organized, as if they were put together at the last minute with no real planning. There is little to no depth, no clear learning progression, and absolutely no effort to engage students or help them truly understand the subject matter. It feels more like ticking boxes than teaching. The instructors (if they can even be called that) offer minimal guidance and seem completely detached from the learning process. Explanations are vague, examples are scarce or irrelevant, and there is almost no meaningful feedback. You are essentially left on your own, despite having paid for what is advertised as a guided learning experience. For a company that claims to be professional and student-focused, this lack of support is unacceptable. Speaking of support, customer service is one of the worst aspects of Our Courses Ltd. Communication is painfully slow, and in many cases, nonexistent. Emails are ignored for days or weeks, and when responses do arrive, they are generic, unhelpful, and clearly copied-and-pasted. There is no sense that anyone actually reads or cares about your concerns. Any issues you raise are brushed aside or met with vague excuses rather than real solutions. The online platform itself only adds to the frustration. It is poorly designed, difficult to navigate, and full of technical issues. Pages load slowly, links don’t work properly, and important information is often hard to find. Instead of facilitating learning, the platform actively gets in the way, making the entire experience more stressful than it needs to be. What makes all of this even worse is the misleading marketing. Our Courses Ltd presents itself as a high-quality, reliable educational provider, but the reality is completely different. The promises made on their website and promotional materials simply do not match what they deliver. This feels dishonest and, frankly, exploitative. Overall, Our Courses Ltd is a massive waste of time, money, and energy. The poor-quality content, lack of support, technical problems, and unprofessional attitude make it an experience I would never recommend to anyone. There are far better alternatives available that actually respect their students and take education seriously. If you are considering enrolling with Our Courses Ltd, I strongly advise you to think twice — you will almost certainly regret it.

Negative experience: Hi! I'm a student who was there 1 year ago, the experience was so bad, the manager is a wrinkled old codger who did nothing but yell at us and give us shitty tasks. I wouldn't recommend that experience to my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Our Courses Limited keeps deleting all negative reviews (from 20 to 30, that I know). That being said, here I go again: My students and I stayed over for a week. Everything was awfully planned, and the person in charge did last-minute changes without letting us know. Even on the last day (after several bus trips) he didn’t hire an extra bus so we could all fit in and he didn’t even notice, we had to tell him. Organisation, though, wasn’t the worst. I really have to outline the way he treated us both, teachers and students. He continuosly shouted at us for things he didn’t even explain to us, and even stood at me with a threatening attitude (I thought he wanted to punch me). He did the same with another teacher. Plus, he intimidated different students and shouted at them, making some of them cry after he threatened them to report them and send them back to Spain even if they did nothing wrong. He locked different students at his desk without us being there. He also shouted at us because he wanted us to leave 4 girls at a car park unattended and we didn’t allow it. Several people in town warned us to be careful with this person, since he is, according to them, a very dangerous man, and told us he had had similar experiences with other schools from abroad. I really hope no one else has to deal with such a retrograde person in charge of a school.
