Student Campus - English School Limerick

Fantastic experience: Cheguei recentemente. Muito receptivos, tive apoio dos colaboradores durante todo processo. Super indico!

Negative experience: La calidad de la infraestructura para estudiar es deficiente. Las sillas están en mal estado por que lo que muestran en foto no aparenta ser asi y no existe preocupación por la comodidad de los estudiantes en relación con lo que se paga por la matrícula. Como estudiantes, hemos planteado esta situación al nuevo director, pero hasta el momento no se han tomado medidas ni se ha recibido ninguna respuesta. Además, la situación financiera de la escuela parece ser inestable, ya que constantemente existen problemas con el pago de los sueldos a los profesores. La cocina es muy pequeña y cuenta solo con cuatro mesas para más de 50 alumnos aproximadamente, considerando además que el tiempo de recreo es de solo 15 minutos. No recomiendo esta institución.

Negative experience: This school is completely unprofessional. They take students’ money and don’t respect refund policies or contracts. I’ve been waiting for months after a visa refusal, and they keep ignoring all my messages. They act like they can do whatever they want, and it feels like a scam. Please be careful — there are many honest schools in Ireland, but sadly this one isn’t one of them.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this school. They do not follow their own refund policies and have ignored my requests for months after my visa refusal. Communication is very poor and unprofessional — messages and emails go unanswered for long periods. I tried to resolve things in a civil way, but they’ve shown no respect for students or the agreements they signed. It’s very frustrating to deal with an institution that doesn’t act transparently or responsibly. I strongly advise anyone to be cautious before enrolling here.

Negative experience: The Student Campus Limerick do not follow their refund policy. It took the intervention of ILEP Unit, ISD to receive the refund after a period of 8 months has passed. Additionally, €50 was also deducted from the tuition fees, which does not apply to any written fees in their refund policy. I do not recommend the school!

Negative experience: My experience with this school was disappointing. The organization and communication were poor, and the support for students was not as expected.

Positive experience: Hello, my name is Josué. Since I arrived in Limerick, I have had a very enriching experience. I have been doing very well at school and have improved my English a lot. In addition, I have met many friends and have learned to be independent at 19, which has been a big step in my personal growth. I am very excited about everything that still awaits me here and about continuing to grow, learn, and experience new adventures.

Negative experience: I enrolled in this language school, but after my visa application was unsuccessful, I requested a refund. They take a very long time to process refunds, and my case was delayed for more than six months. I am sharing this experience to advise others to be cautious before registering.

Fantastic experience: It was truly an amazing experience, especially thanks to the teachers Yasmine and Bruno. The school is located in the city center, close to everything, and it has a beautiful building. I started at the B1 level and completed my first course at B2. I definitely recommend Student Campus to anyone looking to improve their English in an inspiring environment.

Negative experience: I applied to Student Campus and requested a refund after my visa was refused back in January 2025, as stated in their policy. They promise refunds within 12 weeks, but it’s now been almost 7 months, and there’s still no refund. I only got one vague email that didn’t give any clear answer or date. Since then, no replies at all — despite multiple follow-ups. Very disappointing experience so far, especially for international students who trusted this school.

Negative experience: As an international student from Algeria, I applied to Student Campus earlier this year. After my visa was refused, I submitted a refund request on January 26th, 2025, as the contract allows for a refund within 12 weeks in such cases. Since then, I’ve sent several emails and only received a automated email response with no timeline or follow-up. It’s now almost 5 months later, and I still haven’t received my refund or any real communication. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience this kind of silence over something so important. I hope the school honors its refund policy and improves its communication with international students, I'm incredibly disappointed so far.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been excellent, I have made a lot of progress in my learning and for now, I only find difficulties in speaking (communication), I try to participate a lot during classes and I have been going to reinforcement classes, which has been important for me. I also see our Principal leading the school very seriously and that gives me security. Our director, teachers, reception, representative and other staffs are so friendly and helpful. Education quality is best. Forexample my teacher Kahina is a creative, smart and energitic teacher. So next one is Eva who is Mongolian representative. She has strong relationships with us by warm and kind. If we need any helps, she always contact quickly with us. The best thing about the school is the location, it is located in the city center, near to all of the main big stores, and bus stops. Recently the school has had a room that can use computers and study, I am really enjoying to use that study room. Just few classes have proper chairs and desks, most of the classes's are unsuitable, it makes students feel uncomfortable to study. I recommend change to more suitable chairs and desk to study.
