Negative experience: It’s been almost half a year since we asked for refund due to the visa rejection. And school didn’t issued the refund so far. They just ignore all the emails and messages on WhatsApp. So we’re lost on what we need to do further

I’m starting to think this is SCAM. Already hired attorney to start legal process, because they don’t reply emails now. Also it’s very shady that they keep deleting their WhatsApp accounts and some email addresses DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY Upd: it’s been 5 months, and they completely ignore me after this review

Negative experience: Very upset situation with this school, it’s been 9 weeks, I still haven’t refunded my money, they’re even NOT answer me

Negative experience: I requested a refund in June last year, but I have not received any response so far. It has been a very long time, and I have not been informed about the exact timeline for the refund. I am still unsure whether I will receive it or not. I would appreciate clear communication and an update regarding the status of my refund.

Negative experience: Classes are suspended and an email is sent to notify students only 30 minutes before they are supposed to start. This does not take into account that some people do not live in the city center and need to take public transportation an hour earlier. By the time the message is received, it is already too late and people are either already at the school or about to arrive. There should be more consideration for those who do not live in the city center.

Negative experience: The WORST experience I've had in Ireland by far was enrolling in this school. It's a feeling of FRUSTRATION, DISAPPOINTMENT, and ANGUISH. Students are treated with no respect or consideration. There's a lack of empathy from the school's management. In 6 weeks of classes, I was moved from one location to another 5 times, like a ping-pong ball. On one occasion, I woke up early, took the bus to school, was the first in my class to arrive, stayed from beginning to end, and didn't receive attendance. Even after I requested it, they said they wouldn't give it to me and thanked me for my understanding... In other words, they don't care about you... It's one of the most emotionally draining places I've ever seen. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT AN INSTITUTION COMMITTED TO ITS STUDENTS. DON'T COME HERE, HONEST ADVICE. (No need to reply saying you're sorry about my experience because actually you really don't care). A PIOR experiência de longe que eu tive na Irlanda foi entrar nessa escola. É um sentimento de FRUSTRAÇÃO, DECEPÇÃO E ANGÚSTIA. Os alunos são tratados sem nenhum respeito ou consideração. Falta empatia da Direção desse estabelecimento. Em 6 semanas de aula me mudaram 5 vezes de polo de um lado pro outro como bola de ping pong. 1 das experiências eu acordei cedo, peguei ônibus fui pra escola fui o primeiro da sala a chegar, fiquei de início a fim e não recebi attendance e mesmo comigo solicitando disseram que não iriam me dar e agradeceram a minha compreensão... Ou seja, dane-se pra vc... É um dos lugares mais pesados de energia que eu já vi. DEFINITIVAMENTE ESSA NAO É UMA INSTITUIÇÃO COMPROMETIDA COM OS ALUNOS. NÃO VENHAM PRA CÁ, CONSELHO SINCERO. (Não precisa me mandar réplica falando que lamentando a minha experiência pq na verdade vcs não se importam).

I renewed for a second course directly with Daniela Siqueira, who promptly answered all my questions and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the renewal process. I 100% recommend it.

Negative experience: I contacted the school several times regarding a refund and sent multiple emails. However, the contact email address changed each time, and I have not received any response so far. I hope the school can improve its communication and provide clarification on this matter.

Negative experience: When my visa cancelled from embassy and I sent the cancellation letter to school to refund my school fee. The waiting time was much longer than initially communicated, and the procedure was not explained clearly. I had to follow up multiple times to obtain basic updates. Greater transparency and clearer communication would greatly improve the overall service.

Negative experience: Mi esposo pagó el curso y por motivos personales no pudimos viajar, pedimos el reembolso (ellos te cobran 300 euros por pedir el reembolso y te dan un plazo de 7 semanas de devolución) lo hicimos en febrero y hace más de 6 meses deberían haber devuelto el dinero, hicimos los reclamos correspondientes y ya no nos responden, nose si algún día nos devolverán el dinero, nos sentimos estafados

Negative experience: Essa é sem sombra de dúvidas uma das piores escolas de Inglês. Não tem um pingo de empatia e respeito com os alunos. Uma bagunça de professores, desorganização, falta de comprometimento entre outros. E se vc atrasar 1 minuto, é falta sem choro. Não recomendo. Pesquisem muito antes de qualquer propaganda enganosa. Todo consultor só quer vender e quem se quebra é o cliente.

Fantastic experience: Em 2023 começamos a buscar por orçamentos das escolas quando fechamos com a Hendreny Dias consultora da Erin, não tivemos problemas algum e o atendimento dela foi totalmente diferente, foi extremamente humano, antes e depois de fechar o curso. Fora que nos ajuda até hoje com qualquer tipo de dúvida que temos mesmo estando aqui na Irlanda. Negative experience: Honest Review of Erin College – Great Teachers, Poor Management I am currently attending Erin College for an English course, and with about a month left, I feel the need to share an honest review for those considering enrolling. Let’s start with the positive: the teachers are the strongest aspect of this school. My last teacher, Cat, was absolutely exceptional—a dedicated, hard-working professional who truly cares about her students. Her teaching style was engaging, effective, and demanding in the best way possible. Without a doubt, she is one of the best educators I’ve had in this type of course. However, the overall experience at Erin College was disappointing, mainly due to poor management and subpar facilities. For the amount paid, I expected a well-structured program, professional administration, and a learning environment that matches the cost. Unfortunately, that was not the case. • The facilities were in bad shape, not well-maintained, and not what you’d expect from an institution charging this kind of money. • The way issues are handled by administration is unprofessional—complaints are not taken seriously, and students’ concerns seem to be ignored rather than addressed. • The course quality doesn’t justify the price, and if it weren’t for the teachers—especially Cat—it would have felt like a complete waste of money. Would I recommend Erin College? No. Despite the great teachers, the institution itself fails to provide the quality experience it promises. If you’re looking for value for your money, you might want to consider other options.

A escola também está cumprindo com todas as expectativas. Hoje finalizei a minha primeira semana de aula e só tenho coisas positivas para falar da escola e PRINCIPALMENTE do atendimento da PAOLA. Negative experience: The refund service is very bad. There are high registration fees compared to other schools. The problem is that I have been waiting for a refund for more than two and a half months without receiving it and without convincing justification.

Negative experience: I would like to express my concerns regarding the course. Initially, the institution met all the necessary requirements; however, it has significantly declined over time. I have been without a permanent teacher for nearly two months, with a new instructor assigned each week, none of whom demonstrate effective teaching methods. While the school employs individuals fluent in English, their ability to teach effectively is lacking.

Fantastic experience: I'm a former Erin College student, when I started my studies I had a multitude of good teachers, with good methodology and a friendly approach, what made things run fast and was fundamental for my IELTS results. One of my former teachers I may highlight for his diligence is Yago Xavier whose background of life is inspirational! In addition I should mention my last teacher in the IELTS Test class, David Thomas, thanks to him.

Negative experience: The girls at reception are amazing, but unfortunately the management is never available to talk and really doesn't care if you have any complaints. I really don't recommend.

Negative experience: I studied at the school in 2016. At the time, I had to return to my home country a few days before the completion certificate was due to be issued. I requested the document by email. The school claimed to have changed management and no longer had information prior to 2021. However, I understand that it is the school's responsibility to safeguard its students' information and is obliged to provide the completion certificate to its graduates who request it. I have evidences that I completed the course, such as agency contract, certificate attendance and student ID, but the school simply refused and stopped responding to me.
