Positive experience: Good

Fantastic experience: When I first arrive to Ireland a friend of mine recommended this school. I was already quite proficient in the language but with their help I really learned and got way better. Thanks to them I got a pretty high score in the IELTS academic. So if money is not an issue, I highly recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky to spend 3 weeks at Emerald Cultural Institute taking English classes. It was a wonderful experience. The management and teachers are very attentive. The courses are of a high standard. The building (an old large house) helps to create links between students and teachers. You feel like you're part of a family. I would recommend an experience at Emerald for people of all levels of English and all ages.

Mia figlia Maria da Rimini, é appena rientrata da questa scuola di lingua inglese ma basandomi sulle sue considerazioni é rimasta profondamente delusa almeno per tre motivu I) si parla in continuazione in italiano considerando che la maggior parte degli studenti proviene dagli amici presidi della dirigenza (robe di intrecci) 2) la scuola è posizionata lontana dal centro 50 minuti un ora di bus ad andare e altri 50 a tornare ( praticamente due ore solo per visitare ik centro) 3) i costi. SALATI e meno vantaggiosi rispetto a centrali scuole internazionali come delfin dove gli studenti vengono seguiti lontani dagli intrecci delle situazioni italiane..

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Emerald. I did my second English course here and since day one I felt the difference in the level of teaching. Teachers do an incredible job giving us excellent tools and accurate English for a professional future, and it depends on us to take advantage of them. Proofs of this are that by the end of my course, I had progressed through more levels than in my previous course, I achieved a good score in the IELTS exam supporting my English proficiency, and now, I am studying a master's degree and working in Ireland without language barriers. On top of that, I made very good friends, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful compared with my previous school. Also, they have facilities, such as the accommodation office, which make a huge difference in the middle of the accomodation crisis.

Negative experience: We have no problem with Emerald education. Our problem is the wrong marketing strategy, our problem is with Turkish Representative Ms. Didem

Negative experience: However, the school also has some weaknesses. In particular, Turkish Representative Didem Büyükbezirci has been criticized for advertising on her YouTube channels and in foreign consultant channels by offering job guarantees to Turkish students through her marketing strategy. It is disappointing that a student who joined the school with this so-called job guarantee by paying a fee of approximately €5,000 could not find a job as Ms Didem promised and responded to all students with the same content by copying and pasting the same message. I don't understand how someone says "I won't give you water if you get thirsty in the desert" in front of my representatives because I explained this to Facebook Turkish channels, how can the Turkish representative of a school like Emerald! 2 months after giving hope that I will find a job for you, you are a software developer, she said that everything has changed after the pandemic, it is not the same anymore, I reached out to her students from 1.5 years ago and they told me that 1 out of 10 people only found a job. You can be the Representative of the School, there is an etiquette in marketing. "The school representative must provide students with honest and realistic information, otherwise such negative experiences will damage the school's reputation."

Negative experience: In my opinion this school is the worst school in Dublin. Everyone is very friendly and helpful but it is definitely not a student focused school. It is a place where everything is commercialized but no results are achieved, and since it is an expensive school, they do not even correct your mistakes, except for a few teachers. If you are ready to pay this much money, I recommend you not to try your luck at this school. Since the management was established only to get money, I even had to mix up my graduation date and go to school extra.

Positive experience: A escola é boa, acredito que comparado com as outras escolas de Dublin, ela possui um nível um pouco mais elevado em quesito qualidade. Porém, acredito que algumas coisas poderiam ser melhores. Os professores são bons no geral, evoluí consideravelmente. Só achei um pouco complicado quando trocam os professores com frequência, isso acaba atrapalhando um pouco, as vezes é desanimador. O número de alunos por sala pode chegar a 13,14 … e quando você troca de turma (nível), você precisa comprar o livro que custa no minimo 35€ ( half book). A localização da escola é boa para quem gosta de bairros tranquilos.

Fantastic experience: Ótima escola, com um mix balanceado de nacionalidades, com ótimos professores, staff de qualidade, cantina, localizada em um bairro próximo ao centro, mas muito tranquilo. Se você quer aprender ou melhorar seu inglês, esse é o lugar.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the ECI. A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning. I am glad to introduce you to the school, where I found this kind of teacher and a friendly team who helps students with visas, accommodation and chooses the best education program for you. I liked the flexible schedule of the education program. For example, if you're a quick learner you could move to a higher level class or challenge yourself to prepare for and take an IELTS, TOEIC or TIE exam. I'm delighted to study at Emerald Cultural Insitute. Do yourself a favour and come to ECI.

Negative experience: Most of staffs are very lazy and not supportive. If you have some problems about school, it takes very long time to solve or is never solved.Some of teachers are nice, but other teachers are not really good.Especially the teacher Susan is terrible.Her class is not going to do you any good.This school don’t handle refunds to shorten corses, so be careful don’t apply too long periods.

Positive experience: Rhe teachers are nice. You meet people from all around the globe. Teacher Bryan or Brian is awesome, he makes classes super entertaining and has helped me notice many spelling mistakes i did. The substitute teachers weren't as fun as him, and the textbooks have a few mistakes/are awkwardly written.

Fantastic experience: Very good school for my daughters, Valeria and Teresa Trieste, who learned a lot. Very good teachers and little class of the same level to speak better in english. At the end, final attend and student report. Well done. I reccomend it for everyone!

Negative experience: Sent my daughter this year and will never send her again. Little english learned and the organisation is awful. The ratio pupil to staff falls well below the one mandated by the government. The ECI staff is mostly temporary people with no proper training and left unsupervised. The lessons are a joke, the outings badly organised, etc... I referred the matter to Mauro Biondi and was ignored. Fully intend to take it up with relevant authorities in Ireland as this is an accident waiting to happen.

Fantastic experience: Sehr gerne empfehle ich diese Sprachschule in Dublin. Die Sprachschule ist bereits innerhalb Dublins sehr bekannt für ihre hohe Qualität. Die Schule hat zwei Gebäude....ein sehr altes und einen neueren Anbau. Während meines zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes dort, empfand ich die Lehrer durchweg als sehr kompetent. Obwohl das irische Englisch für seinen etwas unverständlichen Dialekt bekannt ist, kann ich wirklich nur betonen, dass dort alle Lehrer und sonstiges Verwaltungspersonal sehr deutliches Englisch sprechen. Der Einstufungstest war deutlich schwerer als anderswo, jedoch führte dies zu einer sehr präzisen Leistungsbestimmung und somit zu einem passenden Kurs. Um dieser Qualität zu entsprechen, gab es teilweise auch Klassen mit lediglich 2 Schülern. Ansonsten war die Klassenstärke bei ca. 8-10 Personen, was ich als sehr angenehm empfand. Den Wünschen der Schüler, z.B. die Konversationsklassen schwerer oder einfacherer zu wählen, wurde jederzeit entsprochen. Das überwiegende Alter in den Klassen lag ca. bei 20 - 27 Jahren. Nur ca. 10-15% der Schüler waren älter als 40. Die kleine Kantine bietet sehr günstiges und schmackhaftes Essen an. Der kleine Innenhof gibt gute Möglichkeiten, um mit anderen Schülern in Kontakt zu treten. Auf dem gesamten Areal darf nur English gesprochen werden. Die angebotenen (kostenpflichtigen) Ausflüge an die Westküste oder Süden Irlands sind lohnenswert. Diese Schule ist wirklich top.... und Dublin sowieso!
